Why I Built First Ring

You know leads get lost. The question is: how many and why?

So I did the work:

  • Called over 100 booked and lost shippers
  • Reverse-engineered the Sirva lead flow
  • Found that 35% of “no contacts” were preventable
  • Built the system that now recovers them in real time
  • GMs across Allied & NAVL
