These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://trustedmove.org (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Trusted Move, LLC (“Trusted Move,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and, if using the Services on behalf of a business, have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. License to Use the Services

  • Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Services; (c) access the Services to build a competitive product; or (d) use the Services in violation of any law or third-party right.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

  • Definition: “User Content” means any information, data, text, or other materials you submit through the Services.
  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • License to Trusted Move: By submitting User Content, you grant Trusted Move a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Service Availability & Support

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily degrade or suspend the Services.
  • Support inquiries may be submitted via [email protected] or through the in-app help center.

6. Fees & Payment

  • Use of certain features may require payment of fees as described in your order form or pricing page.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by our written agreement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

  • “Trusted Move,” “First Ring,” and all logos, designs, and marks are trademarks or service marks of Trusted Move.
  • All content and software underlying the Services are our exclusive property or licensed to us.

8. Disclaimers

  • “AS-IS” Basis: Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue increases, or performance outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Move and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Any loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities;
  • Any claim arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Services.
    Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trusted Move and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
  • Your User Content.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • You and Trusted Move agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date will reflect the effective date. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any order forms, policies (Privacy, Cookie) and any supplemental addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trusted Move with respect to the Services.
